On the day of installation, our team will meet with you to conduct a final walkthrough. We’ll ensure that all our preparations align with the project plan, and make any last-minute adjustments.

If an in-person walkthrough isn’t possible, we provide detailed photographs of the finished space. Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get the material?

Typically we get the material within 3-5 business days. If the material has to come out of Japan the wait time is 7-10 business days. On rare occasions we have to wait for a production run and that can take about a month or so.

Does the material clean easily?

Yes, all the materials we use are easy to clean. The cleaning method and supplies vary depending on the type of material. Architectural films such as DI-NOC are very resilient and can be cleaned with most household cleaners and disinfectants. Graphic and window films should be cleaned with a diluted mixture of mild soap and water. We will provide manufacturers care and cleaning guidelines for all materials used on a given project.

How long does the material last?

The films we use are long-lasting and can have warranty periods of up to 10 years. With so many different types of film available to us, it is hard to give a general life expectancy of our products. We will provide warranty information for any material that is being considered for the project.

Does the material carry a factory warranty?

Yes, all of the products we sell and install carry some sort of factory warranty. Most of them are warranted for at least 5 years and many of them are warranted for up to 10 years.

Do you offer a labor warranty?

Yes. In addition to the factory warranty we offer a 1 year labor warranty.

Does the material produce any fumes or odor?

Some of the films we use will have a noticeable smell but none of them produce any harmful fumes or vapors. The vinyl smell should subside in a few days.
